15 days agoI have an old one with a battery, which is not what you’re asking for but it has a feauture i have really come to like: you have to put the alarm on everytime. Having it go off every day automatically is a huge convienienxe that radio alarms, wake-up lights and smartphones have; but setting the alarm to wake up at a specific time next day is some kind of magic agreement with the universe. I’m not necessarily a believer in manifesting your destiny, but setting an intention like this really helps me out in the morning. Just wanting to put that out there.
It’s less weird if you understand distraction can be used to steer peoples attention away from real problems.
