Ironic that many drivers call for cyclists to display identification numbers, but object to being held accountable themselves.
It is no exageration to call this terrorism. So many innocent people are killed and injured because of these speeding maniacs.
They don’t though. The people who can afford a traffic lawyer or know how the system works just get them dismissed. It’s just another tax on those with the least resources.
Nobody is forcing people to drive over the speed limit. It’s a fine, not a tax.
