If the prices go up on these ones does that not leave the opportunity for cheaper alternatives to fill the market or is the EU not capable of producing any new chocolate bars or chips?

This is such a weird and dumb comment, in several ways. There are tons of European chocolate bars, many of which are more popular than Snickers. You seem to think European countries only have a few sweet things they sell? That’s just not true in any way and incredibly strange to think. And American brand snacks and candy are seen as cheap, because they are lower quality than most things available. I’d not be surprised if this was some odd troll attempt.
